Our front cap is a one piece fiberglass cap.
Underneath we have these components:
- Welded cage construction
- Radiant barrier insulation
- 2 layers of batting insulation
- Darco waterproof moisture barrier
High-Gage Aluminum Welded Cage wall construction.
We use the same construction and insulation as our main walls.
All stress points have been reinforced with wood inserted into the aluminum square tubing.

- 5/8″ Tongue and groove marine grade plywood
- Hand laid tile
We add a Tire Guard Flashing underneath this area of the 3″ floor to safeguard the floor from possible road debris or the event of a tire blowout.

- Thick corrugated plastic underbelly
- 3 Forms of heat
- Radiant heat from all the ductwork

Doubled Outriggers Around Slide-Outs
We place these double outriggers on both sides of the slide outs to bolt the floor onto. This ads strength and stability when the slides are extended.
